Derelict Office Unit
Webster Court
An impressive flag ship development for our client the Pioneer Group and for JHD,
constructing 14 apartments in Birmingham. With a complex topography and intricate retaining details Webster Court was a huge success. Delivered in the most trying times the construction industry has seen in the last 30 years due to COVID-19 and increasing supplier costs, Pioneer and JHD worked hand in hand to ensure thesuccessful development and delivery of Webster Court.
Herefordshire Roofing Yard
This disused roofing yard had existing planning consent for 9 private sale homes. The land owner was again struggling to reach his expectations in terms of value. We negotiated a period of exclusivity so we could utilise the planning Section 73 process to convert it into an affordable scheme. We then partnered with Citizen to deliver the development.
Derelict Office Unit
JHD Partnership Housing collaborated with the office owner who was struggling to achieve his sale aspirations. We obtained a favourable planning consent to demolish the unit and provide a housing scheme in its place. On this occasion our parent company bought the development and we partnered with Citizen to deliver the scheme.
