JHD Partnership Housing Ltd is a full service developer, contractor and package deal provider.
We work in partnership with Registered Providers to deliver shared ownership, intermediate, affordable rent and social rented housing.

Developer
Land development is a multi faceted challenge, which needs an experienced team.
JHD Partnership Housing Ltd offers the full spectrum of skills in-house to secure land to realise its maximum potential.

We work closely with RP's to help deliver their housing objectives offering candidate land opportunities.
Land & Build Packages
Our main service is to identify land suitable for housing schemes. Then we apply our knowledge base and turn the opportunity into a fully proceedable housing development
We then offer the scheme as a package solution to registered providers which includes JHD Partnership Housing becoming the JCT contractor.
Contractor
JHD Partnership Housing Ltd can also provide contractor only services to RP's.

From site clearance to the final hand over our team is no stranger to delivering.
Our construction department offers it own distinctive brand when it comes to delivery, programming, health & safety and its relationship with the built environment.

14 Affordable units in Herefordshire
We are currently working with one of the Midlands largest RP's to deliver 14 affordable units, the projects is split tenure (shared ownership and affordable rent)
On this occasion we have acted as developer and JCT contractor to deliver the scheme.
Acquisition of derelict office unit
JHD Partnership Housing collaborated with the office owner who was struggling to achieve his sale aspirations.
We obtained a favourable planning consent to demolish the unit and provide a housing scheme in its place. On this occasion our parent company bought the development.
Abandoned roofing yard acquisition
This disused roofing yard had existing planning consent for 9 private sale homes.
The land owner was again struggling to reach his
expectations in terms of value.

We negotiated a period of exclusivity so we could utilise the planning section 73 process to convert it into an affordable scheme.

We then partnered with an RP to deliver the development.
